We want you to be fully satisfied with your magical purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any magical artifacts are well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office branch and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
